According to Ugo Uche in his article "Telling The Difference Between Moodiness And Depression in Teens" that can be found on www.psychologyoday.com He said:
"SleepHe said that sleeping can affect teenage depression status, I think to that teenagers should have enough sleep for them to control their moods even if they are in a depression state or in a low state of feeling.
The typical teenager will get by with a lot less sleep than the average adult. So while not the healthiest of habits, a bed time of midnight for a teenager is not unheard of. However parents should become concerned, if they notice their teenager has been sleeping excessively or constantly complaining about not getting enough sleep."
Anyway I would suggest to all the teens that is reading this blog you should be open with your parents, you can not handle your problems by yourself cause remember you are still a TEEN.
