Blogpost 1: 4 Letters 1 Word = M.O.O.D.



What is your mood today ? happy ? sad ? angry ? fearful ?

Well for me, my mood for today is I am of course... happy because God did not forget to wake me up. I Thank him for that. Anyways I am a moody person. I change moods frequently. Moods, Moods, Moods, and Moods. What is a "MOOD" ?



Well a mood are a shorter - term emotional states, typical lasting for hours, they can also last for days and weeks.

moods can also affect human behavior of a human person and it's       relationship with other human beings.



There's a lot of things that can affect our mood like colors, movies, something said to you, peoples and FOOD yes ! you read it right F O O D the one thing people can't resist can actually affect our moods. like what Elaine Magee wrote in her article: "How Food Affects Your Moods

So, as seen above food dieting can affect our mood, or even in our everyday snack/ food. We can be happy if we eat our favorite foods like ice cream, cake, leche flan and other desserts. We can be irritated if we eat expired foods or we don't like the food; for example I don' like eating "munggo" I get irritated when munggo is the only food on the table. And many more mood can be expressed by just eating food.

Is there a way to control moods ? like this ? Well luckily Yes ! there is an article  written by: "Joyce Meyer" entitled "MoodControl" in www.joycemeyer.org

So there's some way to control our mood. Because mood is just an emotional state of our mind and everything in out mind is controllable so therefore moods can be controlled, we just need to find a way or technique on how we can control it without hassles.
